Amy is a licensed qualifying real estate broker in the state of New Mexico and has an extensive background as a commercial property manager for over 25 years. She has held positions with some of the largest property management firms where she managed multiple office, retail and industrial properties.

Amy cofounded CREM in 2007 to provide exclusive property management services with an emphasis on responsiveness and CREM was honored by Albuquerque Business First as the area’s “Top Commercial Real Estate Firm of 2014.” As a principle, her responsibilities include oversight of personnel, operations, and third-party management of a portfolio of commercial properties consisting of approximately 3.5 million square feet.

She holds the prestigious designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM®) through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), has served as President of the local IREM Chapter No. 46 and as Regional Vice President for Region 8 responsible for the oversight for the activities of IREM® chapters in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah. In addition to her IREM® affiliation, she is a member of the Commercial Association of Realtors of New Mexico (CARNM).
