Commercial Real Estate Management (CREM) is a property management company based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, serving clients in commercial, industrial, retail, and office environments statewide since 2007.

Our management team has over 50 years of combined real estate management experience. We have hands-on experience with the full life cycle of development projects including retail, power center and office properties. We have participated in site selection, acquisition, design, financing, marketing, leasing and management transition.
